are GetResponse.com and Aweber.com. They will make sending
out your ezine issues fast and easy. There is also software and
scripts that you can purchase and use from your own server, but I
would only recommend this for advanced users.

As for having a website or blog, you may be surprised to find out
that this is actually an optional component. There are many ezine
publishers that run their newsletters without either of them. But
having your own website or blog can offer you tremendous
advantages, such as the ability to bring in and capture more
subscribers, help create an online presence for your ezine, plus
get it indexed in the search engines for additional free traffic.

With these basic tools you can get started publishing your own
successful ezine right away.
